The "Top Spiral" bulbs are used in most of the same places as a regular spiral or reflector bulb. The advantage is a higher lumen output and more broad coverage of light. The coil on this bulb is spread out so the light is not "stacked" so it produces more light. This is a Top quality fluorescent screw in retrofit bulb CFL). Use in recessed lighting, table lamps or anywhere where the Top Spiral is requird. Same output as a 60watt incandescent. Warm white in color.
