Medium "Top-R" R-30 reflector fluorescent retrofit (CFL) bulb. This bulb uses the Top style of Spiral inside a glass reflector to maximize output. Our newest bulb at 20watts produces the equlivant of about 90watts of incandescent light. Warm white in color and perfect for recessed lighting fixtures where a long life energy saving bulb is required.
